By using Casherang’s website or apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are a product placeholder and will be updated before any real financial product launches.
2. What Casherang is
Casherang is designed to help members earn partner cashback that can be directed into a monthly-paying income fund concept. Members may choose Payout (take dividends) or Drip (reinvest). Current screens may show mock balances and activity for demonstration.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. Geographic availability, KYC/AML checks, and accredited-investor or similar rules may apply when the product is live. We may refuse or suspend accounts.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. Provide accurate information. Notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.
5. No investment advice
Nothing on Casherang is investment, tax, or legal advice. Fund performance illustrations are not guarantees. Investing involves risk of loss, including loss of principal. Past performance does not predict future results. This site is not an offer to sell securities.
6. Cashback & partners
Cashback rates and partner availability can change. Some purchases may be excluded. We are not responsible for third-party merchant issues, shipping, or refunds outside our control.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Circumvent rate limits, security, or referral rules
- Use the product for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
- Scrape or harvest data without permission

Casherang branding, UI, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law or written permission.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the demo or future product, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
